Questions worth asking before pickup.

Short answers to the details that most often change the quote, crew plan, or disposal route.

How does junk removal pricing work?

Pricing begins with the amount of trailer space your items use. Access, unusually heavy items, disassembly, and special disposal can affect the quote. The crew provides the precise on-site quote before loading.

Do you remove single items?

Yes. Single bulky items and larger cleanouts are both within scope. Call with the item type, location in the property, and any stairs or narrow turns.

What should I do before the crew arrives?

Separate what stays from what leaves, secure pets, clear the loading path, and set aside personal documents, medication, keys, photos, and valuables.

Can you take paint, fuel, chemicals, or biohazards?

No. Hazardous materials need an approved disposal route. Knoxville’s Household Hazardous Waste facility accepts many household chemicals from residents, subject to its current rules and limits.

Do appliances need to be disconnected?

Yes. Water, gas, and electrical connections should be safely disconnected before pickup. Refrigerators, freezers, air conditioners, and other refrigerant-containing appliances need special disposal handling.

Can I book same-day service?

Availability changes. Call to ask what is open today or on your preferred date; the website does not promise same-day service.

Which areas do you serve?

The site includes Knoxville, Farragut, Hardin Valley, Maryville, Oak Ridge, Powell, Sevierville, and West Knoxville. Call to confirm an address near the edge of the service area.

Does demolition include utilities or structural work?

Selected light demolition is available, but active utilities, load-bearing work, hazardous materials, permit questions, and large structural projects may require other licensed professionals.
